Bradleigh and Nicholas (Nick) wanted to have a mixture of images to include a sophisticated Texas feel so I suggested the Kimbell Art Museum and the Fort Worth Water Gardens for locations. I’m so glad they agreed! The architecture of the Kimbell museum was the perfect backdrop for a few modern images and the Water Gardens are a Fort Worth landmark staple. We had so much fun and the day was full of laughs. I just love how they turned out.
Have you ever entered a social media drawing? Well Bradleigh and Nicholas entered my 2019 Instagram engagement session giveaway and they WON! How fun is that??? Since we did not meet the traditional way, we all met up on a Zoom call to iron out the details for their session. Technology is such a great resource!
Bradleigh describes how she met Nick: “Nicholas and I became friends in college through mutual friends and began seeing each other at many events where we became closer. One day at a football game, I was being sassy (as usual) and he told me I owed him a kiss on the cheek to make up for it! So I agree and go in for the cheek kiss and at the last minute he turned and kissed me smack in the mouth. I was so shocked but also impressed with him, and the best part was all of our friends were around but didn’t see this so it was just a moment for us and I’ve been hooked ever since! We’ve been together about 3 and a half years now and he just proposed to me on a trip to Morrocco!”
Bradleigh and Nick were scheduled to unite in marriage on April 25, 2020 at Flagstone Farm in Vance, AL surrounded by family and friends from Alabama to Texas. However, this date fell in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The couple was able to reschedule all of their vendors and will now have a July wedding. I can’t wait to make the trip to Alabama to capture their wedding images!
Looks like a fun time! Beautiful photos!
Her dress is so fun! Love these.
Beautiful photos! It’s fun to recognize the places that I’ve been when I visited a few years ago.
This looks like such a beautiful place for engagement photos! I’ve never been to Fort Worth, but I will definitely have to visit after looking at these!
So beautiful! They seem like a super sweet couple. Love her dress 🙂
